inside, blanc boasts a large open gallery, an innovative conference room, exposed brick walls, and an abundance of natural light. the exterior space is completely unexpected for this urban venue. the premier courtyard space includes leafy shade trees, market lights, and grapevines that lead guests to our gazebo. the adjacent brickside patio includes outdoor furniture for your guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful denver weather.

the innovation room is created to help business guests accelerate the exchange of ideas. the inspirational setting includes an idea dry erase board wall to visually map out concepts during meetings. gather your group, incubate the next great set of ideas, and write them right on the wall. or, if you prefer, scribble them down on the nontraditional dry erase conference table, which can accommodate up to 20 team members. the modular table has been set with conference chairs for easy comfort during meetings. the innovation room also features a plug-n-play tv that can support any content you need to project. this space is available as a separate rental monday – thursday or as part of a full facility rental.
