Venue rental is based on consecutive hours
Ten hour rentals include 5 event hours, 4 setup hours, 1 tear down hour
Eight hour rentals include 4 event hours, 3 setup hours, 1 tear down hour
Four hour rentals include 2 event hours, 1 setup hour, 1 tear down hour
Event time/hours are defined when guests are at the facility. Additional rental time to the “Event Time” is for setup and tear-down, when applicable. All vendors must deliver within this time.
Additional hours may be purchased for $300 for setup and strike hours and $500 for event hours for venue buyouts
Innovation Room additional hours are $125 per hour
Additional time is not permitted to be purchased past the posted end times for all events
All events must conclude by 10:00pm
Military and Non-Profits receive 10% off listed rate
Multi-day rentals apply
Our venue does not allow live bands
Day of event planner required
$1,000 refundable security deposit required
Max capacity is 150 for seated events and 175 standing/flow style
